1 General Terms & Conditions

Kkbb.vin (hereinafter referred to as "kkbb" or the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between kkbb and its registered members. By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Platform, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Under kkbb's Terms & Conditions, withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held up if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day, subject to daily limits.
• In the case of suspicious activity, kkbb may place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Accepting a bonus automatically activates the associated Wagering Requirement.
• Welcome Bonus wagering requirements are generally 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• The bonus program may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your kkbb account at any time. Contact our support team and submit a request. Please withdraw all valid funds before closing your account.

• Kkbb reserves the right to suspend any account immediately in the event of a policy violation.
• Your funds remain safe while your account is temporarily suspended during an investigation.
• If fraud is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.
• Closing your account voluntarily does not affect your ability to re-register in the future.

After an extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months), kkbb may mark the account as inactive. To reactivate it, please contact our support team.

9 Responsible Gaming
